The big day has arrived! It’s time for your puppy to join the family. We offer several options for bringing home your VIP (Very Important Puppy) helping make this your best day ever!
Pick up at WP
We are available for pick-ups, by appointment, most any time except Sundays. We will be ready and waiting for you with a freshly bathed puppy who is eager to meet his new family. You will be welcomed into our meet and greet room where you can comfortably enjoy play and picture time. The kids can have a peek into the puppy nursery. We will review the paperwork that goes home with your puppy including an invoice, registering your puppy’s microchip number, the state health certificate, the health guarantee, and the vaccination history for your puppy. And we will answer any questions you may have.
Shipping
When asked where we live, we often jokingly reply, “We don’t live in the middle of nowhere, but it’s right next door!” To help us be a little “closer to home”, we offer several travel options for your VIP.
Meet Ups
We meet customers at agreed upon locations. We usually drive about 2 hours in the direction of the customer for a fee of $125.00. If needed, we are willing to drive further with the fee based on distance traveled. Your VIP will ride comfortably in our Chrysler Town and Country mini-van. Popular locations are convenience stores near Missouri Valley and Rockwell City IA, St James and Willmar MN, and Watertown SD
Air Shipping Option 1
Personal flight nanny. Our preferred nanny service is “Fido’s Flight”. From our hands to your hands, your VIP will be under the constant care of an experienced nanny as “carry on” luggage. On the big day, a 3 way text messaging chat will include you, the flight nanny, and a WP team member. You will receive continual updates and pictures of your puppy in route. You and the nanny will agree on a good meeting place at your airport, and the VIP will be hand delivered! It’s the ultimate travel experience for your VIP! With flexibility on your end, your nanny can fly “standby” for a fee of $650.00 — $700.00. Or, she can fly “firm booked ticket” for a fee normally in the $800.00 to $900.00 range. Prices vary on the firm booked ticket option.
Air Shipping Option 2
Air shipping using American Airlines air cargo. We are experienced shippers, making all the arrangements for you. You will simply need to claim your VIP at your airport. Air cargo shipping is usually $550.00. Our drivers rise early and carefully oversee the wellbeing of your puppy during the trip to the Omaha airport. The airlines have strict regulations in place to insure the safety of your puppy.
Air Shipping Option 3
Fly in to Sioux Falls South Dakota and bring your puppy home as carry on. Sioux Falls is served by 5 major airlines including American, United and Delta. We will meet you at the airport shortly before your departing flight with your puppy. We will supply everything you need for the trip home including a Sherpa soft sided pet carrier, pee pads, paper towels, puppy food, and your puppy’s health certificate stating he is safe to travel. Check with your airline for policies and fees when bringing a puppy on board as carry on. Our fee for meeting you in Sioux Falls is $100.00, all supplies included.
Air Shipping Option 4
Fly yourself into Sioux County Regional Airport. If this is an option for you, we would happily meet you at KSXK. With its 5,500 foot runway KSXK can accommodate anything you fly. Avgass 100LL and Jet A are available with service during business hours, or as self-service 24/7.
